Online Complementary Courses - July 2-22.
You can take one or two complementary high school courses online this summer, such as CALM (Career and Life Management), Physical Education, and Religious Studies.
Important Dates:
- July 2, 2025: Mandatory online orientation course for PE, CALM and Religious Studies
- July 2, 2025: Online courses begin
- July 22, 2025: End date for Complementary courses

Face-to-face Grade 10 Courses
Take Phys Ed in just 6 days, or do Math or Science. Mandatory Attendance every day.
Location: St. Albert Catholic High School (SACHS)
- PE 10 - July 3-10, 8:00 am -4:00 pm
Core Courses – These courses are not recommended for Grade 9 students transitioning into Grade 10. Students who have struggled with Math 9 or Science 9 are encouraged to take the course over an entire semester in Grade 10. This option is particularly beneficial for those who are repeating the course or have previously completed Math 10-3.
- Math 10C - July 2-25, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Science 10 - July 2-25, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Core Course - Blended Programming
July 2, 2024, 8:00-9:30 am—Core Course Starter Session—at SACHS: Students will be scheduled for a 1.5-hour orientation course. They will meet their teacher, review how to take an online course and receive one credit toward their high school diploma.
July 2- July 25 - 8:00 - 1:00 pm Core Courses—at SACHS: Core courses require mandatory attendance at St. Albert Catholic High School. Students will work through their course while onsite using a hybrid/online approach with teacher support. Teachers will give mini-lessons throughout the day. Students can finish their courses early with dedication and hard work. Exams are written onsite at SACHS.

**Students may take only one core course during Summer School. Once they register for a core course, they cannot take any additional courses.
